Certifications are important, as they illustrate that an independent, 3rd party has provided training, tested knowledge, and verified a level of experience that allows that individual to perform a service competently.
Training and certification are voluntary in the mold IAQ fields. Only those individuals who want to keep up with the latest technology and methodologies sacrifice the time and expense to obtain the certification and maintain the credential through continuing education and self-learning.
At Sump Pump Geeks, we don’t stop there. We build on those certifications by providing intensive in house training to our personnel that is emphasized at quarterly meetings. We consider our in-house training program to be continuous based on our client’s needs. In other words, we consider the learning process to be never-ending. Formal Education coupled with our increasing depth of experience guarantees our clients quality customer service.
